A US military plane carrying Indian immigrants, deported as part of the Donald Trump-led administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration, landed in Amritsar on Wednesday. The deportees are believed to be mostly from Punjab, where Amritsar is located, as well as Gujarat, Haryana, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh. Reports confirm that:
