Three well-known YouTubers—Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva Makheja, and Samay Raina—are expected to appear before the Maharashtra Cyber Cell today to record their statements regarding the India’s Got Latent controversy. Sources confirm that the accused podcasters are coordinating with cyber officials and will present themselves as scheduled.

Key Developments in the Investigation

🔹 Samay Raina Removes Show Episodes – After facing backlash, Samay Raina deleted all episodes of ‘India’s Got Latent’ from YouTube. The Supreme Court has now barred Raina and his associates from streaming any content on YouTube or other platforms until further notice.
🔹 Raina’s Response on Social Media – Addressing the controversy on X, Raina expressed his distress:
“It has been extremely difficult for me to handle everything. My intention was only to entertain, not offend. I will fully cooperate with the investigation to ensure a fair outcome.”

Rakhi Sawant Fails to Appear for Cyber Cell Questioning

Actress Rakhi Sawant, who was summoned for questioning on Thursday, failed to appear, citing her stay in Dubai.

Responding to the summons, Rakhi released a video stating:
🗣️ “I was only paid to attend an interview. I never used abusive language, so why call me? You can question me over a video call instead.”

She further referred to herself as a “beggar”, claiming she has no money or work and questioning the purpose of her summons. Notably, Rakhi appeared as a judge on the controversial show, and her viral clips have added fuel to the controversy.
